Please list the items you would like to order in the following format: MODEL CODE x COLOR x SIZE x QUANTITY.
We calculate the weight and dimensions of your order and receive a shipping quote from UPS and submit it along with your invoice. Sample fees and shipping fees can be paid together by bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram or KoronaPay.
Samples are shipped in plastic bags or small cardboard boxes, depending on the size of the sample order.
For our shipments, we mainly work with our clients’ national companies which have local offices in Istanbul. These local shipping companies can also handle the money transfer, making the transaction very smooth for both parties.
On the other hand, for shipping to USA, Canada and Australia, sometimes we will ship by sea depending on the size, because if the cargo is large, the ocean shipping option is more convenient.
As you can see, we are very adaptable and can meet all your needs according to your instructions. So don’t worry about shipping because we can do it all for you. However, also remember that you are more than welcome to choose your own carrier/shipping company as you prefer. For bulk shipment our standard packaging is a high quality cardboard box measuring 60cm x 40cm x 40cm. Durable and sturdy, they can withstand long journeys and stand the test of time.
